L’entretien général laisse à désirer.

The front receptionist was super rude. Unnecessarily so. Made me want to leave right then. The room was clean. The inside pool was ok but had a little algie. The pool outside was better. And nice to swim under the night sky with the little lights coming on. The other staff were great.

We got the room to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. . We purchased the dinner package. They told us to come for 8 and not later. We sit down at 8. Waiter very rude, for 45 minutes we just sit there. Then we are rushed through the order, i have no chance to ask questions because he is already walking away. We received the first course at 9:15. Then waited between courses. No water. Noone to ask. We finished dinner when restaurant was closed, at 10:45. Sitting alone, trying to hurry through the coffee. Because of this we lost the chance to use the pool, which closed at 10:30. The whole reason I got the hotel. Food was good but they made me feel like nuisance and an afterthought.

We stayed for only 1 night. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and efficient. There is no elevator. The room was okay, we had to close the A/C as it was too noisy. The beds could be a bit more confortable. The inside pool was a bit dirty. There is a restaurant a bit expensive for the quality of food.

Hotel terrible piscine blanche sale meme chose pour les tourbillons si tu veut un champignon go…..la chambre lit qui fait un trou au centre la AC fonctionne 3/10 salle de bain ils ont peinturer par dessus la rouille, ma soeur a eu sa chambre a 6 pm car il navait pas de poignée a sa chambre plus jamais cette hotel.

Piscine extérieure trop chaude

Location easy to find and price reasonable. Parking lot not inviting when the main one is full. Understanding the use of the tv is next to impossible to find favourite stations. E.g. ended up watching old pool games instead of being patient enough to find what I wanted to see.! Very annoying to feel so inept. No simple explanation as to which remote control to use!

Les spas étaient sales. Il venait de mettre de l’eau dans la piscine… l’eau était glacé plate on n’a pas pu profiter de la piscine extérieure. Pour ce qui est de la cafetière.. c’est des machines à expresso. Alors si tu veux un café bien pleins, bien oublie ça. Le personnel par contre était super. :)

Good alternative or place to go at if the surrounding hotels are not free

+++ : nourriture au resto Amadeus. Excellent table d”hôte. Qualité prix : acceptable - - - Une préposée à l’accueil de soir est absolument intolérante et autoritaire, et répond bêtement. Beaucoup d’entretien (peinture, réparation etc…) sont nécessaires.

No pool outside working restons good but bit expensive,room old an bit smelly but comortable

Il y a un manque pour les ascenseurs, nous avions beaucoup de bagages à monter au 2 ième. Point de vue du personnels, le service était bon.

Piscine et Spa avaient trop de chlore, impossible d,en profiter incapable de respirer proprement particulièrement le spa. Hôtel pas réellement adapte aux personnes à mobilité réduite, marches à monter pour l'accès à la réception et pas d'ascenseur. la réceptionniste a tout de même trouvé une chambre au premier plancher. Merci Bornes de recharge dans le stationnement. Bon choix varié pour le déjeuner.
