Strategic location, good staff service, clean room, value for money. Recommended.

Mixed Experience with Room Relocation I originally booked my stay at Central E, but upon arrival, I was informed that the bathroom had a sewage issue that required urgent fixing. As a result, I had to be moved to another hotel nearby, part of a chain with seven sister properties located in the old town. After multiple room changes of back-and-forth, I finally settled in. The room was clean and well-equipped, the initial inconvenience was having to switch hotels and rooms and the time it took to finalize the arrangements left a mixed impression. Overall, the experience wasn’t too bad, but I’d recommend confirming room readiness in advance to avoid similar delays.

The room is clean, new and comfortable. Quality and delicious breakfast. Polite staff. I will be back. ps. From the entrance, you need to go a short set of stairs to go to the first floor where the lobby is located. If you carry heavy luggage, it will be quite inconvenient for a female friend like me to bring it to the front desk. I suggest to have a bellman at the hotel door. HK friends when cleaning the room leave a lot of tools in the hallway. So when I get out of the 7th floor elevator to walk to the 8th floor (this floor does not have an elevator), I need to dodge to avoid stepping on things. I suggest to keep it more compact or have more trolleys to put dirty towels in the car instead of in the hallway.

clean hotel. Beautiful. Quiet. The minus point is the old towels. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic.

Very nice cozy hotel. Staffs superb helpful. Room is very clean just little old on wood thingy. If can refurbish and polish wood perfect!

The room is beautifully designed, the hotel is in the center, walking to the lake about 5 minutes, close to the entertainment and dining areas in the old town, I rate the room with the price as ok, rating 4 stars

The service was very good and the staffs were very helpful in providing us tips on where to go and eat. Excellent location and plenty of food to eat. The hotel was quite dated and the air con auto off in my room every 30 mins. I went to reception around 1 am and got the room changed and upgraded. For the 3 nights we stayed in the upgraded room. Overall still a pleasant stay as we could see the hotel staffs went extra miles to make our stay comfortable and trying to google the locations or reviews for us to have a look. Thank you very much.

This was a very cozy and clean hotel, with a very good price. I am very sensitive to cleanliness, especially bathrooms, and this one was perfect.

Friendly and enthusiastic worker. The hotel is right on Hoan Kiem Lake and eating places. Convenient for travel. Next time I visit Hanoi, I will continue to stay at this hotel

The hotel is right in the center, walking a few dozen meters is to the sword lake, there are many amenities around. This is my first time booking by Traveloka and staying in Hanoi , although I have been to Hanoi many times and have aversion to this type of hotel because of its poor quality , but I am very satisfied with Hanoi Ecentral this time , even if only This is a mid-range hotel with an inexpensive price, but the rooms and services here are very satisfying, especially the female receptionist who makes me feel very respected, respectful to customers, cute and polite. even led me up to my room when checking in , assisted in changing rooms for me ... made me feel very comfortable , even though I worked in the service industry for a long time , but you guys made me feel very respectable . I will come back to Hanoi Ecentral if I have a chance to work or relax in Hanoi
