This is such a lovely place and we had a wonderful time, staying in a junior suite with our 5mo old baby. Staff are helpful, the food was lovely, and the building and surroundings are peaceful and stunning. Just a couple of things to note if you’re planning on staying in a junior suite here, which made it a 4 rather than 5 star review: 1) they don’t allow any cooking nor do they provide anything other than one very small saucepan and crockery, despite advertising the suite as having a hob and mini kitchen. This wasn’t a problem, but not as advertised, 2) There is also ‘tea and coffee facilities around the property’ as described, these are to-order drinks from the bar which again, fine, but not as described. We had to ask for a kettle to make formula milk for our baby. 3) some parts of the room (eg air con) need updating! Absolutely doable but only after being on full blast on the coldest setting for two days.

Our third stay at Puig de Ros Alt, always in January - the best time to visit Mallorca in our opinion. Fabulous place deep in the countryside, surrounded by olive groves, citrus orchards and a vineyard just up the road. Breakfast is cooked to order, alongside good choice of continental options. Dinner available but (slightly constraining) must be ordered at breakfast time, which means not changing plans during the day.

Approaching the premises is so impressive situated in a peaceful surroundings with lovely pool, rooms are huge and host is very friendly offering light snacks in between and dinner which is rather basic but welcoming since there is no other choice really nearby, loved our stay.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Very clean and welcoming. We only stayed for one night before our flight home, but hope to return next time we are in Mallorca.

Our second stay at this lovely Finca in the countryside outside Palma. Fabulous comfortable room and good breakfast. Evening meals were, if totally honest, a bit disappointing this year compared to our previous stay. I’d have appreciated sight of the menu at breakfast so as to decide whether to book dinner as it’s a fixed choice. A small point though; everything else was great, the staff and owner are lovely and we will stay again.

Fabulous traditional Mallorcan finca off the beaten track, but not too far from Playa de Palma. So nice to stay in an independently owned hotel and to enjoy the Mallorcan countryside, which is pretty in the January sunshine. Lovely comfortable room with traditional furnishings and a great view of the farm’s olive trees and almond groves. A pity we were too early for the blossom, out in late January and spectacular. Dinner each evening is home-cooked and with a good choice of local wines, however there’s no menu choice rather like a family meal. Nearest restaurants are a bit of a drive away. All in all, a great find; we’ll be back!

Quiet, food excellent and room very spacious and unique.

No WiFi in the room available, but the WiFi was assured in the room confirmation! That was not a temporary issue. WiFi was only available in the lobby.

We loved our stay at the Puig de Ros d’Alt. It is a family run place in an idyllic setting. The owners were very friendly and personable, the place is a beautifully restored finca with lots of land around it. They have a nice breakfast buffet. Pool is nice and clean. The rooms very spacious. We loved it. If I had any recommendations to the owners I would get rid of the statues around the pool as they look a bit chintzy and expand the lunch options a bit. Otherwise all great.

Amazing hotel, and wonderfully caring staff. A real gem which, although close to Palma, was an oasis of serenity.

Upkeep is outstanding. Facilities look brand new. Breakfast very good and very helpful lady cooks made to order items. You must advise ahead of time if you plan to have dinner at the hotel which we never did.

Et fantastisk nydelig og rolig sted. Anbefales for alle som er ute etter et mer genuint Mallorca. Bil trengs, da stedet ligger temmelig isolert på landsbygda. Vil reise tilbake snart!

Es hat alles gepasst, wunderschöne Finca, das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal sehr nett, die ganze Umgebung - einfach herrlich.

Amazing place to come with the family. The room was spacious and all functioning and super clean. Proper communication for check in and check out. 6 min from the main road in a very quite spot. All the hotel was in very well conditions, all around very clean. The breakfast was a buffet ordered a la carte with fresh ingredients. Possible missing a bit more on the lunch/dinner part but as you need to have a car to stay here, many restaurants are available within 10 minutes by car. Super close to Palma, and many nice beaches. Fantastic price. I would recommend to book directly.
