The hotel has a pool, sauna and steam room which is great. Cleaning staff are active as early as 8am and I was woken up constantly from 5.30am by other guests and staff which was frustrating. With the noise and lack of black out curtains, this is not a hotel for the best sleep. The tv is old, half the channels don't seem to work and it's mostly news. Aside from that, the location and facilities are great and it's one of the better choices in the area. No laundry facilities (that I found) which was annoying.

The hosts/hotel staff were incredible. I had family arrive early while my flight was delayed, but the staff did everything to accommodate them, letting them check-in earlier and supported them even though my family doesn't speak a word of English. I was seriously impressed with the great service. Thank you so much!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, the apartment was spotless, comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed for a great stay. It felt like a home. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always helpful. The overall experience exceeded expectations and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous room in this beautiful property well situated in downtown Vancouver. Loved walking everywhere! All of the staff we interacted with were amazing! Our only complaint is that there were some garbage on the floor in the hallway almost every time we went to our room. (We stayed for four nights.). Also, that our keys constantly demagnetized. We had to get them replaced a few times a d only had one working key most of the time. Overall, we loved it there and will stay every chance we get!!

Great property right at the heart of downtown, everything withing walking distance to all you wanna see and do!

Amazing location easy walk to BC place and other local attractions

Perfect location with lots of restaraunts around it including an attached Original Joes. Staff were very efficient, friendly and professional. Big lobby. Easy, short walk (5 min) to BC Place and Rogers Arena. Lots of shopping in the area. Easy short walk to Yale town restaraunts on the waterfront. The beds were very comfortable-even the fold out though that mattress made noise each time I turned over. Big windows in bedroom area but no view from this unit and the kitchenette -though adequate, is a small sitting room/eating. Big TV in sitting room and one in the bedroom. I would definitely purely stay here again if the price feels right.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rosedale condominium. The bed was very comfortable, and the sofa bed was better than expected. My adult daughter slept on it for five nights without any issues. At first, I was a bit confused about the difference between the condominium and the hotel, but the key distinction is that housekeeping services for the condominium are paid additionally, and it is best to come prepared with your own soap, shampoo, and lotion.

Customer service was nonexistent. Extremely disappointed

Overall experience was good , property etc , but my card was swiped 4 times for the same security deposit and those all transactions were considered fraud by credit card provider and this forced me to get new card , so now I have to go update this card everywhere .

It is more like a condo, no housekeeping but that was okay with us. There was someone available at the front desk 24/7 to help. They stored our luggage when we checked in bc the room wasn’t ready til 1600. Overall it was in a great location, close to everything .
