We had a great stay here, the room was absolutely beautiful, and very comfortable. The staff were incredible and very helpful they also made sure to update us to any changes well in advance during our stay. The one downfall was that unfortunately the pool and hot tub were under remodeling during our stay. We were notified about 2 weeks before we arrived, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Brutal customer experience - I checked in and they informed me that they were going to have a planned power outage from 11pm to 11am (the entire time I was going to stay there). Since booking, they had sent me 2 emails about offerings and things I could do while at their hotel but failed to mention that we would be without power / hot water / gym or pool access / food service for the entirety of my stay. They said I was going to get a refund for the troubles but I have still not received anything. Absolutely brutal hotel!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Shangri-La Toronto. This is one of the best hotel stays I had had in a long time. The live music in the hotel lobby was amazing. And every single staff member we interacted with was top notch. Way to go, Shangri-La!! Thank you!

My stay at the Shangri-la Hotel Toronto was the very best hotel experience I have ever had. The service was top-notch, the room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and quiet. The climate control was excellent. The food and service at Bosk restaurant was excellent. The coffee shop and lounge was also very nice for a quick bite and relaxing. There was not a single negative to the entire experience.

A very warm and courteous welcome back. Friendly staff, wonderful amenities, beautiful lounge and entertainment. My go to hotel in Toronto every time. Thank you Shangri- La 💕✨
