I thought this was really Lux for the price, the service in the lounge was a little spotty but really nice servers. It was so quiet I had the best sleep and the room amenities were 5 star. I would stay again and soon.

The room was gorgeous and the staff were all so lovely and nice. The lounge was gorgeous and the live music was fantastic. The hotel was within walking distance to several theaters and other attractions, would definitely recommend.

What an elevated, beautiful hotel. It was the kids first time staying there. They loved it. It was expensive but a nice treat.

It’s a bit run down. For a five star hotel
I absolutely loved the Shangri-La in Istanbul and was hoping for a similar experience. Unfortunately this wasn’t even close. I’m a huge fan of Four Seasons and will definitely be staying there in my next visit to Toronto.

Beautiful clean room, very accomodating front desk. I was late leaving my late checkout but even still they incredibly gracious. The housekeeping especially were all incredibly wonderful and helpful.
