Located in a very safe area of Bogota fronting the US Embassy. The property is shared with the Wyndham Hotel. The reception and breakfast area are in the 2nd floor. Staff was pleasant, friendly and spoke English. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, well kept, comfortable and everything works. Plenty of dining options within the hotel property area. Very convenient to the Gran Estacion Mall. Plenty of Uber in the area. Breakfast was very good.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, at the reception desk, John was very kind and diligent. It is a quiet hotel, ideal for resting. Nothing negative to say..
