Food was lovely, staff incredibly friendly & our only reservation when booking was the possible cost of taxis to Marrakech but the hotel offers a free shuttle to & from at several times a day - this was such bonus, always punctual & so handy! Pool was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay, usually stay in the Medina, but a relief to escape to cleaner air!

Tigmiza is a truly special property and not only because of its beauty and amenities but for the incredible staff that make it a haven! We wish we could name EVERYONE who made this stay exceptional. However, we can give special mention to Guest Relations extraordinaire Oussama (this man is a gift to the establishment!) Nothing was too small or big for him to take care of on our behalf. And ALWAYS with a sincere smile. We see the next GM in the making!!! Spa Manager Soukaina and the masseuses we worked with directly were lovely and exceedingly competent in giving us several wonderful spa experiences. Mom is still talking about her Hamman! Finally to all the front desk staff, servers and bell staff, like Hamza, Redouane, Abderrafie and others we say THANK YOU! THANK YOU for helping provide such an amazing holiday!!! We look forward to seeing and reconnecting with you ALL again sooner than later :)

Great hotel and staff are amazing. Everything we asked for was arranged / delivered almost immediately. Osama at the main desk was particularly helpful explaining everything.

The staff was excellent! The property was very peaceful and the landscaping gorgeous. We enjoyed the food as well.

Amazing property, with stunning gardens and pool areas. Our room was very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were excellent; very friendly, helpful and professional. A courtesy shuttle bus is available to the souk a few times a day plus the concierge can organize private tours if desired. They also have very good restaurants, with a mix of Moroccan and international dishes available. Overall, we had a memorable and pleasant stay.

Fabulous hotel

A little paradise on earth and great escape from the bustling Marrakesh. The pools are fantastic (the heated one is a dream with the banana trees around it) and the team is very friendly. Just charging 9€ for a bottle of drinking water was irritating ..

One of our favourite hotels in the world. The staff looks after you like you are their family. It’s perfect place to chill and relax. Spa and hammam are amazing. The cinema and heated swimming pool were nightlights for our 12 year old. It ticks most of the boxes if being perfect Moroccan hideaway in the middle of European winter.

Every little detail in decor was unique. The hotel boasted luxury while preserving the original traditional looking building. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you to all the staff that made me feel welcome!

Good hotel but doesn’t justify the price

We had a really fantastic stay - a much needed 4 day couple's break from family and work life. We would have been happy with our villa, but we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool which was a lovely surprise. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food was good. The pools were perfect and the hotel was well Shaded, protecting us from the hot weather. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My new husband and I chose Tigmiza Boutique hotel for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed at all!! It was the absolute perfect destination for us, the staff in the hotel were all so friendly and welcoming, the hotel itself is truly beautiful with it's many areas to relax and enjoy and the villa we had was amazing! There are three insta worthy communal swimming pools and two restaurants. We chose to stay in a 1 bed villa with a pool, it was incredibly spacious and the Moroccan style decor was beautiful. The hotel puts on a free shuttle service to and from the city centre twice a day which was a bonus!

Extraordianary property with a legendary Moroccan Services

The property is beautiful. Lots of room and it’s very clean. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We had a little situation with transportation, and the staff went above and beyond to make it right and accommodate us. The Chalet suite was gorgeous and spacious. Food was delicious. They have an authentic and international cuisines. They have a free shuttle that will take you to and from the city on set times. All together we were super happy and would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Oasis in the desert. The best reason to return to Marrakech

The hotel was pretty good, but all the facilities were close, roof top was close, one swimming pool close, and most important thing DONT ask for an excursion to Lamia.
