The room is very stuffy. The bed sheets and towels look very dirty (the color is always black, especially the towels). The room is not clean (there are still cigarette butts on the bed) In short, it's like staying at a motel. not a hotel.

Good hotel & good service with low price.

I will rate based on the following basic points: 1. Service quality: Enthusiastic and friendly staff, nothing to complain about. 2. Room quality: clean, all necessary items are available, especially I really like the decoration of the room and the whole hotel. It feels very elegant, luxurious and artistic. 3. Location: a short walk to the old town, if you love taking pictures, besides the old town, I think the area near the hotel is also beautiful, or take pictures in the hotel, the room is also very beautiful. 4. Other services: very convenient when almost all services such as motorbike and bicycle rental, airport shuttle, coconut forest tour, Cu Lao Cham island are available at the hotel, the price is quite reasonable. Overall, I give it 9/10 points.

Everything was fine the room, the decoration, the breakfast, and the location. The only two thing that I annoyed were the reception in the morning shift was so double-standard, me and my friend is Asian, she did not treat me as good as the western tourists. And the second issue was the bathroom was not quite clean.

I go with 2 families, book 2 rooms, with balcony. For me the price is not cheap, but the client is unprofessional: 1. No brush, toothpaste, hand soap / soap. I asked to say what new guests need to bring, very excuse. Did the toilet have to go to the hotel to wash soap? 2. In the room for coffee and tea, but no kettle to boil water. I also asked the hotel to say yes, but for a while I admitted to forgetting. I do not accept such devious explanation. 3. The bed is quite hard, 1 night lying all the back. 4. There is no car parking. Staff said to lead the hotel parking lot. But when I arrived at the place I just fell, I took the public parking lot I had sent before when I came to Hoi An. But the beach was just far away, it was just an empty field of overgrown grass. I was too upset to send to another place, close to the ks, also charged but he guarded happily, the place was much cleaner. 5. Breakfast quality average, but also poorly made. I often go to Hoi An, but definitely not going back / not recommending to this hotel friends. Highly not recommend.

The renovation was too bad, the rooms were narrow, the facilities were poor, and there was no space for sightseeing. no parking lot, parking lot far away: 50,000 VND for overnight dispatch 80,000. The word az is not satisfied anywhere. Fasteners: Spending money on this place is too costly and frustrating at night.

Comfortable space. Delicious breakfast buffet. Near the old town center is very convenient to move.

Good place to stay here. 10 mins from old town (lots of bicycle and motorcycle along the way that you walking. But the wall's room so thin that's why you can here all noisy sound from outside. some travellers come back late, you can hear all sound. Can't deep sleep all night. (We stay on 2nd floor)

Go to Hoi An and stay here for 1 night. The hotel is quite quiet, quite a lot of books because this is the Library Hotel which gives me a feeling of lightness when I arrive in Hoi An. Other san has 4 floors, 3 floors are living room and 4th floor is swimming pool. Room is quite beautiful almost wooden. Bathroom with full of luxurious and new beautiful furniture. And especially here there is a slogan about environmental protection to limit the changing of towels and bed sheets if not necessary when not dirty to avoid rinsing. I feel quite practical. Always vote 10d elegant. About outdoor bath design, it is very cool and beautiful. In the morning there is light buffalo, the food is quite enough, delicious. The location of guests in the old town is quite close, convenient for walking. However, guests do not have an elevator, so moving suitcases is quite hard. But the staff is always ready to support you so don't have to worry. Friendly, friendly reception. In general it is nice to come to the hotel and will come back if there is a chance

The air conditioner is not cool, please fan but the hotel does not respond.

It was my daughter's first trip. She is 7 months old :D. We had sweet time there. The room was so cosy with the beautiful decoration. All the staffs were very nice :).

The room arrangement of the hotel is lovely, clean, plain food, not very tasty. It's far from the Hoi An market too (if walking)
