I have three young kids and we loved our stay here! The pool was amazing and they have a bin of toys and blow ups to use. The cabana and restaurant on property were wonderful to have. We loved the location with Old Town in walking distance and easy drives to WDW and the airport. They also have an option to rent a pack and play and a high chair which was really convenient.

Everything was great. Very clean, friendly staff. Very helpful. The only thing I would change is maybe have a little basket with salt and pepper, maybe little bottles of condiments maybe 25 coffee filters. But that would be the only thing. Maybe I should give a bad review and we could keep this great resort to ourselves. Highly recommend.

Fantastic resort shame that the hot water wasn’t working properly and it took reporting it 3 times to get it sorted

Our unit was 2600 Bungatti and if you get this unit beware it was kinda outdated there was no hot water for the shower in the master bedroom and our hot tub was cold so we didn’t even get to enjoy it and for 275 a night not even worth it very disappointed and will never be going here ever again

Our unit was very nice , plenty of room for the family. We had a few issues during our stay, but we contacted the front desk and they took care of every issues we had.

I would recommend this property! Just be sure you townhome is not on the side close to Old Town. The townhouse was great and could easily have held 8. We were 6. But they definitely need attention. The carpet on the stairs and in the rooms is absolutely awful and must be replaced. The dryer vent was leaking into the house so the washer/dryer cabinet was filled with lint and hot moist air when you ran it. The a/c vent on the stairwell was so dusty and needed a good scrubbing. These are maintenance things in my mind. For the price the condo was perfect for our family. Kitchen has all the basics. We brought many things from home because we cooked many meals and ended up buying a cutting board and basting brushes. Parking is right outside your door. Easy walk to old town which has restaurants and really is just fun to see. Within a 10 minute drive you have grocery stores, many restaurants and Target or Walmart. We also ubered from the airport and got our rental at Old Town the next day. The cherry on top is the beautiful heated salt water pool! They do have a water slide but it did not ever seem to be open the week we stayed. We also had a hot tub in our yard which the kids loved. It was lovely to have this extra space with dinning table outside. The front desk staff were friendly but did not offer any extra info beyond checking us in. We would recommend and stay again!

Over all the property was in good shape , however with this being a mix of permanent residents and vacation houses we had the wonderful view of old mattress’s , box springs and old bbqs in our back yard . Their was zero landscaping in the area behind the house leaving if full of decaying leaves and dying trees . The hot tub was to dirty to use until they came and cleaned it at which point it was still very dirty but the maintenance man did do his best so that we had it available and not down for several days The pool was heated and clean which was plus , the food was okay but with the cabana being understaffed you would be waiting 45mins to 1 hr for drinks and food . Not sure if it was just our luck of placement because other areas of the property seemed nicer and cleaner .

Everything was ok.

Very closed to all Disney parks, restaurants, stores which is a major plus! Property has everything we need for a family of 6. The hot tub was nice to come home to after a long day of walking! We had a lovely and pleasant stay!

Great property! Only 10 to 15 minutes from all the theme parks. Super clean. It was perfect to come home to a jacuzzi every night to soak in after a day walking.

We liked the private patio and hot tub. The pool was nice and the lake was a pretty feature of the property. The people at the reception desk were very friendly.
