1. The receptionist despises and talks to the guests but his face doesn't bother to look at the guests. talk is smart
2. The entire staff is not friendly. talk curtly
3. Senior Deluxe Room that looks old, it is not Senior Deluxe at all
4. The toilet is stuck, flush without craving
5. Breakfast is bad, there are some dishes that eat the same day 4 days, bored not eat that.
Sorry for being frank but to say, this hotel is extremely bad.
