Breakfast was good and fresh every morning, staff was helpful

This is my favorite hotel in Veracruz because of the staff's attention; they always make you feel welcome. The free breakfast is delicious and a great plus to start the day. The rooms are kept very clean, and the staff is very efficient if you need anything extra. The location is perfect for those looking to be near shops, malls, and the boulevard for a walk. It is very easy to get around from here, whether on foot or by public transport/taxi. I will definitely keep coming back.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Same food every day, if you are staying on multiple days, it is hard to eat. But eggs, good fruit, and coffee.

Every single person at this place is professional and kind, proud to be in the hospitality industry. From Andy & Isaias from the valet parking to the restaurant staff and the front desk and concierge. Five, six and seven stars. Thank you for making the difference. The food and the coffee is very very good.

Clean room, but they didn’t gave our rooms at the check in time its was almost 2 hours after, but at the next morning they were knocking at the door 10 minutes before the check out so yeah that was horrible

El servicio es bueno , el hotel tienen algunos detalles de falta de mantenimiento en los baños pero nada grave , el desayuno es básico , el hotel es limpio . Tiene una alberca pero el agua están un poco fría .

The room was so clean and i love that the hotel is PET friendly, even the staff gave us an accesory for my pet.

Plenty of things to do. Centrally located to Boca del Rio and the Malicon. Really enjoyed breakfast. Everything was super clean and the pool was great. Can’t think of anything we were not happy with during our stay. Would rebook in the future.
