Clean bright room, wonderful location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, walking distance to the beach, helpful and friendly staff

Rooftop pool and lounge have great views. The pool is small and it’s too windy to enjoy.

We stayed for one night May 2026. The hotel is quite shabby, showing its age. I was expecting a spa like environment, and it was not at all. The bed was very uncomfortable. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. The restaurant downstairs and the breakfast were good (4 stars). We are not entitled travellers that expect luxury, but we expected more from this property.

This is a super cute hotel with lovely views of the ocean and the canal. It was nice and quiet in early May but probably pretty hopping in the summer. Great bed. Coffee was not available early enough (starting at 6:30 only), this is effectively an airport hotel and should have breakfast-type items available at any time. I found it cheap that they charge for gym and pool use, but we didn’t do either so … Overall if you’re trying to decide where to spend the night before your flight, this is an excellent choice, especially if you want to have a fresh fish meal!

The hotel itself and restaurant were great The shuttle service was efficient. A very unique area also. Awesome experience.

Great for a short day before flying out of the airport. Not expensive .It is located near the airport and has Shuttle service back-and-forth to the airport at additional cost. The ride is about 10 minutes. The hotel is clean and has a view of the fishing boat Canal coming in and a view of the sea. It has a convenient restaurant and Bar on premise.

Good hotel close to FCO. The room was comfortable and reasonably large. The restaurant provided good food at decent prices. The breakfast buffet was standard European. I would use this hotel again.

Only stayed one day, but was great. Would deffinately stay at this property again!

We stayed one night before a flight. It is a nice property. Our only issue was that the air conditioning was not working and it was uncomfortable whil3 sleeping. During the day we just kept the balcony door open

The phone number given by Expedia us wrong. We could not get help as where to go for transfer from the airport. They put us in a wheel chair accessible room which was a pain and the bed was horrible

This was an OK stay as a one night before flying out. The room we were assigned had a concrete balcony outside of it meaning it turned into a sauna in the morning despite keeping the blackout curtains closed. We didn’t use any of the hotel amenities and went off site for our two meals. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

This hotel was at the end of a street with great restaurants and a great view. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean in most areas. Our room had a lot of markings on the walls from scuffs but that didnt affect our stay. Shower was fantastic in the room. Pool was freezing but it was May. Breakfast was great, had a lot of options.

The property is in a good location with plenty of restaurants around. The amenities are lacking for the price that they charge. The room was barely clean. The shower soap dispenser was broken. There is no coffee maker in the room. No ironing board or iron box. The front desk staff was barely friendly. For a four star hotel it does not impress. There may be better options for the same price point.

A very nice small hotel on the river.

Clean room, great roof top bar, shuttle service to and from airport was great. Hotel restaurant was fantastic.

Upon check-in the afternoon person was not very friendly. Seemed like he did not want to be there. We again saw him throughout the days, and he did not look up to acknowledge us. He was buried deep looking down at what I think was his computer. He was however friendlier to guests who spoke Italian. He did not make me feel very welcome. Other than that everyone else was helpful and friendly.

The breakfast selection was the smallest of any of the 15 or so hotels we had stayed at on this trip. The juice was just colored water and the croissants were tiny, etc. Otherwise our stay was OK. We always miss having a kettle in the room for a late-night beverage.
