Great spot so close to the ferry. Wonderful breakfast and staff.

The hotel, pool, and beach were very nice. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed. We would stay again as the price was right.

A wonderful, locally owned hotel with a welcoming informative staff. The pool was fantastic and very clean. The hotel is right on the beach, and a ten minute walk into the center of Kissamos where you'll find great restaurants and cute little shops. Kissamos is a wonderful hidden gem, and if you stay there, definitely give Nautilus Bay a try, my wife and I will definitely be back!

Very nice hotel has private beach, beautiful scenery. Staff were very friendly. Isabella was awesome, she was pleasant and helpful with her advices. Also Stravolla was nice and cheerful. The breakfast was nice and delightful. The restaurant offer great homemade traditional food, the location was convenient and quiet. The hotel was clean and spotless. We definitely stay in this hotel when we go back to Crete.

Run down condition. Bath did not drain. Pool was green. Breakfast good but a little overpriced.

This hotel is great value for money and caters for both self catering as well as full range of dining options. The staff are very welcoming and will do everything to make your stay a great one. It is a modern well designed hotel which will be demand as the developments around it are completed. The beach is a selling point and access to shops, bars and restaurants all in easy walking distance.

We had a lovely chilled out week at Nautilus Bay Hotel. Just what was needed. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

The hotel manager and bar waitress were absolutely amazing people. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the food was exceptional! We stayed here to go to the pink beach and it was a crazy mountainous drive and crowded but the hotel made up for that in their amazing view! We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Great location for a vacation. About an one hour from Chania and Elafonissi beach. Host were excellent. Provided a buffet Breakfast, which was good. Love there coffee machine during breakfast

Nautilus bay was a wonderful place to stay in Crete. Our room was large and had a big patio outside. The staff was great. The breakfast, both the food and restaurant views were excellent. The weather was a bit chilly, so we didn't get to use the pool or beach chairs and umbrellas. It was so quiet and relaxing there. It a short walk to the restaurants on the waterfront on downtown Kissimos.

A quality property with very nice staff, comfortable vibe. Beach and taverna access right there.
