Prefer meet and greet check-in but all went smoothly as instructions were messaged well in advance. The room and ensuite were quite compact, welcome goodies was a nice touch and fabulous breakfast. Ideal for a one night stop over

Beautiful little b&b. All the small touches that you dont get with staying in a main stream hotel. Vikki is a wonderful host and makes a cracking breakfast. This was our second time staying here and we will of course be back again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Abbey House B & B and we will definitely visit again. The rooms are perfect with thoughtful little extras and a delicious breakfast to kick start your day.

A really nice B&B. Very comfortable and welcoming. The owner, Vickie was very helpful and friendly. Unusually for hotels, it has Sky tv in the room which was a nice bonus. We'd definitely say here again. Highly recommended.

Welcomed on arrival by Vickie who was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. Tea/ coffee making facilities in the room, and a nice touch was the freshly cut cake! The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. A valuable addition to the room was the pedastal fan!! We would most definitely stay here again.

The owners of this property have really paid attention to the details. Although unassuming from outside, the rooms are nicely finished including extras such as "rocky road "! The shower room is finished to a high standard with a very effective shower. Breakfast, once sgain, was well presented with a range of items, including a full breakfast, freshly cooked. Recommended if you're staying in Penrith or, like us, just breaking a long drive.

Lovely comfortable place to stay with a cosy room with thoughtful touches like biscuits and toiletries included. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient position - not too far away to drive into from the motorway and only minutes’ walk into the centre Penrith with its bars restaurants and attractions. Delicious breakfast too! Parking available on site or on road with a permit provided. Would definitely recommend!

As B&B ‘s go it wasn’t bad, the breakfast was lovely, parking round the back was fine. Wasn’t much room around the bed but we’re not too big!

Vicky is a delightful host. Fresh bread upon arrival. She helped us find a dinner spot. The house is conveniently located to downtown. The accommodations were great.
