It's a decent hotel especially if you are traveling with family / children. The breakfast spread is repeated, but overall nothing much to complain about. The staff is polite and courteous. Clean and non-fussy place for a short stay in Pune.

We couldnt fault this hotel in any way it was clean quiet and so comfortable. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help us with breakfast, trips, taxis and location of places we asked about. Would highly recommend.

It was a good stay. Staff was very accommodating except for the night duty manager when we checked in, he was a little rude and arrogant. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The place was clean. It was worth the stay if you book from hotels.com otherwise their printed rates are exorbitant and not worth it.

Great service, clean rooms and excellent restaurant. Views from my 4th floor room were lovely with the trees. Wifi signal was weak on higher floors.
