We had an amazing stay! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful with any additional requests we had. After a long day of skiing, the spa facilities were a perfect way to relax and unwind. The food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were just as impressive. We will definitely be returning!

Great Hotel

Great price/performance ratio, definitely sray at the suite which has 2 floors and direct view of the Matterhorn!

everything is excellent in National Hotel, I love it

Hotel National is a nice hotel, with authentic Swiss elements, but there are multiple reasons that we would not return. First, there are better options at a lower price point (we stayed in one earlier in the week). Second, depending on where your room is located, the sounds of the train can be a nuisance. Finally, there were very limited dinner options as part of the half board package that are not conducive to the varying tastes of individual family members. The front staff were very nice and helpful, but in our experience there were simply not enough positives to justify the expense.

Clean hotel in a good location; dated furniture but nice and new swimming pool and spa.

The sauna/spa area is excellent. There are saunas, steam room, a cold bath and more. Our room had a view of the Matterhorn and two nice decks which was great. Otherwise the room was adequate. Breakfast was OK. The omelets were fresh made but the crepes seemed pre-made. On our last day, we didn't have hot water.

Hotel staff super helpful. Was an avalanche so couldn’t make it but they helpfully moved my dates to accommodate. Very much looking forward to staying!

Wonderful place to stay! Literally across the street from the Sunegga lift. Hearty breakfast, ski storage and boot warmers in basement and fantastic spa (whirlpool and sauna) were perfect complement for skiing. Staff was very welcoming and gave us lots of advice on skiing and rentals. Room was spacious and balcony overlooking the Matterhorn was icing on the cake!!

A very comfortable hotel with great service and an excellent breakfast buffet. Lovely view of the Matterhorn from our window in the mornings! The hotel is just steps away from a good ski rental shop (20% discount for hotel guests) and the Sunegga funicular.

Beautiful hotel, with possibly the best level of service I’ve ever experienced! That staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is perfect, the rooms lovely and facilities such as the spa, very good. I will be back!

Hotel is only 5 minutes walk from station, lots of character, friendly and welcoming staff. lovely breakfast and swimming pool facilities.

Suite with 2 floors and great view/ fire place and jacuzi.
