Great place to stay, staff were excellent and very helpful.

I loved the hotel. Wonderful rooms and excellent staff. Perfect position to see the sites of old town.

Two rooms booked, one had no bedside lamp, Aircon didn't work. Immaculately clean and perfect location.

Las Seras was the best site to visit and it's right in front of the hotel!

Place was great and clean, I believe the best part of it might have been its location. The guy from reception was also very friendly and helpful. Only thing we didn't like is the fact of asking for a double bed and getting two single together we found it uncomfortable for a couple besides that was great.

Clean, nice staff, small rooms but the air conditioning worked great. Area is right where a tourist can walk to eat or shop. Very convenient!

The place is located in a really good area but the hotel was nasty. We arrived late at night and after we did the check when we got to the room we had the surprise that the bed and the shower had hairs!!! The place was nasty but we were really tired that we couldn’t move to another hotel. Instead we cleaned ourselves. Also, one of the receptionist was very rude. My recommendation is to pass this hotel and get another one, there are some around the area.

People at front desk very nice and accomodating. Hotel is walkable to top attractions and Setas is just footsteps away. Lots of good restaurants nearby. I'd stay again in this hotel

Super location; very profesional receptionist; Tiny room, Shower not so praticable ; sewer vent odors; deficient sound proofing from others rooms water pipes; matress to change.

Location is great, walkable to lots of points of interest. This is a small older European type hotel. A little hard to find especially when driving. Parking is a block away in a public structure which costs 22 euro daily with no in and out privilege. We had a room with a little balcony facing the Metropol Parasol. Breakfast was adequate.

The hotel is well positioned by the Parasol with lots of eating and drinking establishments nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly though the room itself was small and dark. We faced the front of the hotel and were disturbed by cleaning activity from the local authority plus noise from a lift in an adjacent property. WiFi connection was very good and the choice for breakfast was also good.

Hard to find hotel! Nice, central, quiet.. Please change the plastic cups in bathroom!
