Forgot to charge the laptop when calling to check, the hotel refused to help. Very bad, the room is dirty, full of lizards on the edge of the window.

The room, bed and shower was clean, I'm very happy about it. Very quiet area, mosquito net on the window, I had a very good sleep. Soap, towels and 2 bottles of water are included. There is a kettle near reception. Wonderful! The room has an air conditioner which I never use even here in Thailand, but maybe it's important for someone. Thank you so much!
