I booked a suite room.
When I check in. Hotel gave me 9th fl with no lift. Lift only until 8th floor. I brought many luggage & I don't want use stair from 8th to 9th.
Than they gave another room & gave me a standard room. I complained & than gave me a suite room.
At suite room no refrigerator. Too bad.
