Clean Room but there’s no way for me to contact the front desk .Room Phone not working , reported but they don’t care

The staff was excellent. 4 stars because the cost was a bit pricey and should have included the breakfast, rather than an extra 28 euro.

Beautiful room and incredible breakfast! Perfect location and staff was so welcoming. Loved the bar area and nice menu selection at the restaurant.

Excelente opción en Pamplona

Great hotel in a perfect location to visit the old town of Pamplona. Inside the historic perimeter so walking only except for taxis and authorized vehicles. Comfortable beds the twin singles are actually larger than a King bed. Restaurant is god and prices are as low as in the town so a great option for first night. Excellent staff.

Everything was nice and clean. Nice people working there. Close to the Cathedral and other tourist places. Loved the town.

Un edificio histórico hermoso y muy bien mantenido. Muy agradable el staff. Excelente localización, desde mi habitación una vista hermosa de Pamplona que la amé a primera. La habitación de buen tamaño, No creo que acostumbren a activar el aire acondicionado en la época pero con abrir las ventanas la temperatura era agradable. Wifi rápido… De todos los 7 hoteles visitados durante el recorrido el mejor.
