Loved the soda machine that was included with check in online before!!!!

Clean Room: El área de la bañera deben limpiarla. Tenía hongo en las paredes y áreas de la puerta. De lo demás estaba bien para una estadía corta.

We love this fun and quirky hotel. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. We have stayed here twice and would gladly stay again.

Good location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are small, but sufficient. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable. Our room balcony faced the very busy front street but close the door/window and it was surprisingly quiet! The blackout doors were a godsend because the long days of Spain start early!

The staff was very friendly and the location was excellent, especially for walking to nearby attractions and restaurants. However, the room was extremely small. There was barely enough space to walk, and it was impossible for two people to move around comfortably. We could not even fully open our suitcases because there was simply no space. It honestly felt like opening the door and immediately falling onto the bed. I stayed there with my husband for two nights and the lack of space made the stay very uncomfortable. In my opinion, this room is not suitable for more than one person. Although the staff and location were great, I personally would not stay at this hotel again.

Room was very clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was fresh. If I have the opportunity tu comeback to Madrid I will definitely stay here.

The staff were super helpful. Gave you information on the metro, how to get from point A and B and with with everything you need for your stay to be seamless

While the single basic rooms are cozy, they have nice sized bathrooms to spread into and a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling. We took advantage of Online Check-in and received free coffee, tea and soda during our stay! Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the train station or Prado. Just around the corner from Reina Sofia, Botanical Gardens, Retiro Park.

Great hotel! So clean and new and well maintained!! Breakfast was perfect! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Great location and easy access to public transportation!
