From the moment you walk into the building, you go back in time. The warm welcome by the staff is overwhelming, and the music of the 50s in the background makes the experience complete. The building is in Chino-Portuguese style, and all details are just well done. Many tourists just come by to take photos, but they have no idea they are seeing only half of its beauty.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, and all the in-room amenities were in good working order. If I ever go back to Phuket again, I'll definitely return to this hotel.

We had a great stay at the On On Hotel. Perfect place if you are in Phuket Old Town for a few days. Staff is very friendly, rooms are good and so is the location and the service. We really enjoyed it. Thank you!

no breakfast But there are snacks. I'd like to have a simple breakfast. The bamboo curtain wall should be removed. Leave it open and look much more spacious. Put up a sign saying it's only for school guests to keep outsiders out.

Beautiful, good location, in front of the Sunday walking street, in the heart of the old city, many photo spots, beautiful room, clean, lovely and friendly staff. Overall, excellent. Highly recommended. From a Chiang Mai girl.

Staying in this hotel to experience ITSAY series vibe but my stay turned put to be super fun and pleasant! The room is comfortable and the hotel vibe is just amazing. I also love the local complementary snacks provided. Will surely stay here again for my next phuket visit.

It's pretty, convenient to travel when traveling in the city. But can't sleep well The air conditioner is noisy and not cold. Sound of walking and dragging a chair Opening and closing the door from the top floor is very loud because of the wooden floor
