Place was clean, and we liked the suite, however the air conditioning wasn’t great.. no staff over the weekend to help, and the pool opened late.. Breakfast was ok, but I have had a better quality.. Wouldn’t stay again.

An absolute gorgeous hotel, with an outstanding staff. Had a great experience.

The apartment was super nice, clean and organized. The staff: the man who make our check in the 24 in the night and the man how check our check out today 26 at noon was super nice. The woman last night in the reception was super unprofessional, she don’t even look at me to say hello, and also I ask for bottles of water and the only answer was you need to pay for them, I say is fine bring me 4 but I never received an answer again.

Need additional washing machine on 14th floor of time suites

The room was quite spacious with a big desk to work at. Staff very responsive. Great breakfast. Nice little pool for a cool off after a hot day. Fabulous location: quiet, safe, green residential neighborhood two blocks from the metro. Close to fabulous restaurants and a super cool mall. A great hotel at a great price. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m next in Santiago. Very nice and spacious lobby.

Excelente por siempre

O hotel é bom e bem localizado. Tem boa infraestrutura e é bastante novo. Contudo, no quarto, tinham alguns pontos ruins. Tipo a questão da cama ser meio declinada na cabeceira. Também tinha uma chaleira elétrica, mas não tinha tomada para ligar, ou, pelo menos, o cabo não chegava. Além disso, a equipe é pouco simpática e acolhedora.

Clean room. Helpful staff speaking English very well. Very clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast.

Boa localização, seguro, bom café da manhã. Achei a cama muito mole e os travesseiros muito altos. Local limpo, só faço um porém, quanto ao serviço de camareira, que em todos os dias só foi realizado na parte da tarde e por duas vezes retornei dos meus passeios e o quarta não estava pronto.
