A lovely, good value hotel in Overstrand. Lovely helpful staff. Comfortable room. We had a lovely evening meal. Breakfast was included in the room price & was great.

The room was clean,the stairs were difficult for us but we are in our 80s,the pub is located in a quiet area with easy parking ,both nights we were able to park close by.The breakfasts were well presented with generous helpings.

Good value, good location, easy parking, excellent fresh breakfast. For our two nights stay it was perfect.

The room was clean enough but very small for the ammount we paid not very good. Staff brilliant and helpful. Bar was very busy but the prices were ridiculous. Breakfast was included and beautiful , very hot and well presented

The bed was very soft, get near the edge and you'd roll off. Pub signage lit all night so it came through the window. Music from the bar underneath at 6.30 in the morning. All meals overpriced, up about 25% from last year. Breakfast ; must have found the cheapest orange juice , disgusting and no more pots of tea , you have to fill a cup up out of a flask and put in a tea bag, never tasted anything so vile. Apart from that.

Another wonderful stay at one of our favourite places by the sea. Lovely staff team, very friendly and warm welcome, great accommodation with great facilities including a pod coffee machine in the room, fabulous breakfast and evening meal. Highly recommended.
