This hotel offers a magnificent view of Wakayama Castle. The staff, including the cleaning crew, were polite, kind, and very pleasant. Although the facilities are older, they were clean and had a refined, upscale feel. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of dishes, and best of all, even after breakfast time was over, we could enjoy coffee, admire the view, and chat. The staff didn't rush us like in other hotels, which was a great plus.
