Room was very good. My taste with contemporary interior. However area seemed not safe and it was very noisy by aircrafts and the voices of the staffs from the backyard corridor. Also it was too dark in the room without any windows. It was my first time not to have stayed at the hotel I booked. I booked another one and moved...

I arrived and found there was no lobby just a peep hole where the reception lady can barely be seen. This is a motel that charges for the hour or for the night so you get the idea. I left and called to cancel. They said OK and still charged my card even though the website gave a date that was for a week before!! The picture on the web confused me into thinking it was a normal type of motel and not what i found. There is also no email to contact my complaint because I do not think I should be charged.

Train runs through the room. Air traffic very close. Area around hotel is dirty.
