I arrived at the accommodation at 11 am, still unable to check in. So I left my luggage before going up the mountain and came back to check in later in the evening. I reserved 2 bedrooms but got a room on different floors, the 2nd and 4th floors. I felt a little disappointed. I've already requested a high floor in an email. If I get a high floor, I'll probably be even more impressed.

Room with matterhorn view was awesome!! Friendly and helpful staff. Point to improve: There should be kettle for tea and coffee in room
