I cannot believe the reviews on this B&B , as it is not an hotel , I am not being negative but shared bathrooms are not good especially when you have to get dressed in the middle of the night to use the toilets , particularly when dressing gowns and slippers are not provided, my room was very dark and the noise from the floor above was not great . Unfortunately I believed the posted reviews and was very disappointed.

Easy access by bus, owner picked us up as we arrived late, big clean room, has got coffee machine, no food.

The staff were extremely nice and informative. They were quite flexible as well. The initial room I was offered wasn’t very sound proof as another unit’s music/base could be heard through the walls. The staff offered a quieter room immediately. The washroom is outside the rooms (shared washroom)

What a unique stay!!! Beautiful. Relatively close drive to Venice and to the beaches!

This hotel is a unique and great place to stay! My family and I were only able to stay one night but they really made sure we had a great stay. From fantastic dining recommendations and adjusting normal breakfast time to accommodate our early departure, we were welcomed like family. I hope you take the time to try this gem!

We found the place quite quickly , first impressions were good , rooms were really clean and comfortable , breakfast good too , well worth a stay

every year on the way to southern italy I stop at this wonderful place.Friendly people,antique ambient and e real quiet place to relax.

Be prepared for a 1500's house. Breakfast and hospitality were fabulous but building was a bit different and beds were hard as a rock. Local town close by-Chioggia was like a little Venice and 20 min. Surrounding area very peaceful and tranquil.

There is a certain charm about staying in a hotel that was a monastery. Overall the hotel is a good value.

I travel around the whole world,but Italy I visit the most.To find a place to stay is easy.With expedia never had bad experience.For me a place like this means,a place to sleep,clean room,quiet and a place to park my car.On top of all this needs if the owners or the personal is nice,than I call it a perfect place

Clean, but can't go anywhere to get away from smoking or the smell of ash trays. Very small breakfast area with adequate offerings but not the best quality. If you're looking for cheap accommodations and aren't expecting more than a small room to sleep in, you may be ok with this. There is a coffee bar two doors down that is great and a bus stop a short walk. Bus ride is about 20 min. to edge of city but for Vatican at least 30 min. on bus. Neighborhood is ok. We moved in closer to city to be able to walk to restaurants and tour sites. Paid more, but to us it was well worth it!

Old building, painting not renewed, Air freshener too strong gives a wrong feeling of not too clean place. When I booked It did not specify that there was not Air condition in the room, and if we wanted to have It you have to pay 20 euros more. Not the dressed up people as you see in the advert. We did not have breakfast but i read that only one beverage was included in the breakfast and you have to pay for the test. The área not too nice. There are not shops or restaurantes close. Bath shared, clean but without hot wAter.
