I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn future travelers. The room I was assigned looked nothing like the photos advertised. It was old, shabby, and in poor condition. I found visible cobwebs, mold, and an old blanket that looked more like a moving blanket than hotel bedding. The room felt neglected and was far below the standard I expected based on the listing. When I questioned the room assignment, I was told I had actually been "upgraded" to a first-floor room so I could use the stairs instead of the elevator. After expressing my concerns, the staff offered to move me back to my original room on the second floor. I viewed that room as well, and it was also dated, dingy, and nothing like the property's promotional photos. I did not feel comfortable staying in either room. Because the accommodations were so different from what was advertised, I decided to leave the hotel immediately rather than spend the night there. I was informed that no refund would be provided because the reservation was non-refundable. My recommendation to future guests is simple, carefully manage your expectations. If you are booking based on the photos shown online, understand that the room you receive may be very different from what is advertised. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences of my trip to Italy.

La dame qui nous a aidé au petit déjeuner était excellente. Un sourire et une gentillesse remarquable.

Great hotel! Very clean, friendly staff, good restaurant attached next door, and excellent location across from one of the entrances to Pompei. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room clean and big enough for a family of 4. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very nice and helpful. Bonus point the view of Pompéi and the Vesuvio is amazing. Nice Neighborhood!

This was a pleasant place to stay, across from the entrance to the ruins. The breakfast was good. The AC stood up to the heat wave and the staff was helpful.

Lovely staff, clean and presentable, air con in room was fantastic and situated directly opposite Pompeii archaeological site. Parking is onsite, unlike lots of other Italian hotels that claim they are and aren’t, entrance is at ///monday.evolving.inspector - what3words We didn’t eat at the restaurant, instead favouring to try some of the local restaurants instead, but what food we did see come out as we were sat in the bar looked fantastic.

This was a lively hotel in a great location. Near shopping and restaurants, as well as one of the entrances to Pompeii. The breakfast was good, as well. We would likely stay here if ever in Pompeii again.

Nice breakfast looking out on the ruins. The breakfast manager was very attentive, going out of her way to have a chat with guests.

Very nice hotel conveniently located near the Pompeii ruins. Our only significant complaint was that the toilet did not flush well. Lots of water but not everything would go down. Very annoying. Bad design and nothing the staff could fix without replacing the toilet. Otherwise we had a nice stay. Our room faced the street but was quiet. Breakfast was good but not great. Staff were helped us find nearby restaurants that were good and arranged for our taxi to the train station.

The Hotel was very clean and front staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, all fresh hane made pastries and excellent spread for a morning meal. The Staff in the breakfast area was exceptional. I did not catch the ladies name who was in charge but she was very accommodating to our needs of having to be on our transit bus at 7:05am. She made the stay very special and I will definitely be returing to stay again to spend more time in Pompeii. I would recommend to all.

Great stay! My only recommendation is to note that the jacuzzi is only available in one room as the website made it seem like it was accessible for everyone

The welcome and the atmosphere were superb, especially at breakfast. all staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was wonderful, although corridors were a little tired. Location is great for the ruins. We saw the amphitheatre, and then the hotel was just over the road. Two quibbles: there was no coffee in the room and no toaster in the restaurant. But lovely cakes for breakfast!

Check in was good but the room felt a little run down and the noise level was high. I know that rooms have thin walls but they had put me on the first floor next to the lobby. I heard everything including the reception phone. I had to ask for another blanket because the heat wasn’t turning on in my room. I finally got it to go but then my shower water was freezing the first night so I had to ask about that too. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast and the manager at breakfast. She was extremely kind and friendly. Food was good aswell.

This worked out well for our visit to Pompei and we could walk to the entry gate. We were able to leave our car parked for the day.

The rooms were drab and old. Photos on line did not portray an accurate picture of the hotel. Reception was nice, restaurant looked nice - room was horrendous.
