Lady at check was so helpful and kind, and I didn't get chance to thank her, but she was amazing. Property is fantastic, spacious rooms, comfy, great facilities, a little oasis, breakfast has lots of choice too, and it's a great view, also on site parking included, it's close to a supermarket and food outlets and about 4-5 GBP to get to old town (if that's your thing) via Uber. Palace of Parliament is walkable.

5 star experience. The staff are very attentive, the rooms were spacious and I had a lovely view from my apartment on 10th floor. The spa and food were also great. I will deffinitely come again

Very very good clean and comfprt

Beautifully large apartments /hotel rooms. All the amenities you need, a store down the road as well for convenience. The pool was lovely as was the breakfast. The staff were very helpful even at midnight when I arrived to check me in and came to my room to help me with a few things I couldn’t figure out. The location around seems a little rundown but very safe in all, a good spot to easily uber into the old city and always use uber they are very cheap and reliable!

I have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed in anything. This is the best value for a hotel anywhere in Bucharest. You get an entire large apartment for the cost of a normal hotel room. Highly recommended!

The business apartment was very comfortable and very well equipped. The pool was quite busy when we wanted to use it but it was still ok. All areas were clean and tidy. The reception staff could be a little more enthusiastic and engaged, a greeting is not too much to ask?

Amazing staff!!

The room was amazing for the price - would definitely recommend getting spa and breakfast included. The breakfast spread was impeccable, all kosher so don’t go expecting a full English. The spa’s amenities were very undersold on the website - 3 different temps of sauna (one doubles as a salt room) and a hammam style steam room with immersive a shower experience. The spa staff themselves were lovely people - big shout out to Leo for making our trip to Romania one of the best we’ve had! The location of the spa is a little outside the centre but Bolt prices are so friendly so it didn’t make that much of a difference to us. Would 100% book again!

It's hard to find a parking spot here. After checked in, they told us we need to pay extra Euro 10 per person per night if we want to access the swimming pool. This extra fee for using the swiming pool was not shown on Expedia website. They argued the reason was due to my room type of "without spa". I dont do SPA and don't need SPA, but do like pool and hot tub. Double checked terms and policies, spa is separate from pool and hot tub. SPA is a separate services. Nowhere indicated room with SPA is entitled to use pool and hot tub. And nowhere indicated room without SPA is not allowed to use the pool and hot tub. Further, the fee policies didn't say that an extra fee will be paid if guests are using the pool and the hot tub. However on the website, everywhere indicated Everyone will enjoy the pool and hot tub. I contacted Expedia and no practical solution at all. I collected all evidence and filed a credit charge dispute with my credit card carrier already. It is misleading information and misrepresentation by marketing usage of pool and hot tub to attract guests. However, it didn't describe guests need to pay extra fee for access the pool and hot tub, what a scam.

The room was wonderful! Very spacious is an understatement, we had the large apartment and it was such good value, had everything you could need. Staff were pleasant enough. The location is close to a great shopping centre with good food outlets and in walking distance to the Bucharest North train station. Only thing I would not recommend is going for breakfast after 9am, it’s so busy, no chance of a table and very overcrowded. Go before 9am, it was a different experience altogether. Overall, I would stay here again for sure.

Great and specious apartment, The balcony was an excellent addition. A little bit far from the center, But Uber is available within minutes of ordering. I would recommend this place for a good stay.

Great in every way except one, only one little think that I find it annoying. Elevators. Good functioning two elevators that seemed to be used a lot by staff doing housekeeping. It lacks service elevators unfortunately, hotel is located in what is like a residential building.
