Not all staff is friendly, they don't refill amenities & coffee/tea. They just changed 1 face towel, potentially will charged when I check out. The food is so so. Even you are hotel's guest but you have to pay for sitting in sun lounger in the beach. Room I got not the same in the picture.

This resort is Amazing! That's all I can say. It has 2 kinds of swimming pools, one of them is an infinity pool with a direct view and access to the beautiful beach. The food...ough...the food... is terrific. I enjoyed the breakfast menus. All of em were tasty. And the staffs...well the staffs were fun friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back to this place next year. Definitely

The location is very beautiful, convenient. Breakfast variety is good. But not enough seating The only waste is the room doesn't have warm water.

Everything is very good. But the shower area is small and there is no hot water. And water is salty. Water treatment should be applied.

Overall the hotel is very nice near beach near central city of phi phi but there is a construction in front of our room and it makes so noises. BUT OVERALL I love this place so much, good staff and all of them are so friendly see you soon phi phi
