Close to attractions

Unfortunately, they do not adhere to the check-in time. I arrived there and was supposed to receive the room at 3 o'clock, but I did not receive it until 45 minutes after the specified time. Note: they have a conscience because I forgot some of my things, and when I called them, they said they were there, and I went and got them.

It was a nice play to stay

Even though there was a restaurant. It was only open in the morning 7-11 and then it was closed till 5pm. I had to walk to get lunch and the places were a good distance. There were no shops to buy food items. To get cream I had to go to the restaurant so to have coffee in my room meant a trip to the restaurant. Thankfully they were kind enough to give me extra creamers.

Clean, good staff, Noise from AC was lould. The bed was not great. Good location and spacious.

The staff was very helpful and my room was clean. They have a tv set up and need 2 remotes to turn tv on. Hopefully they will simplify to 1 remote.

Had some changes and needed to cancel the rest of my booking, staff was very helpful in making it happen by contacting the manager

First best Western for me without a breakfast compliment.. plus pool water is very cold. The price is not worth it to be honest. There a tru Hilton that provides a free breakfast price almost the same as best Western. Next time I'm in town I'll go across as I prefer a breakfast with my stay.

We stayed there for 5 days during our family vacation. First room they gave us had a very bad smell that we couldn’t sleep at night. We had to change the rooms. Staff was nice to give us another room. Second room also had a smell. We will not stay there again.

Room was clean and air conditioner worked great

C’est très bien d’avoir une borne de recharge pour véhicules électriques, mais c’est plus que discutable que de facturer un tarif fixe, peu importe l’utilisation. Pourquoi un petit véhicule arrivant à 60 % paierait le même prix qu’un gros véhicule arrivant à 15 % ?

The night time desk lady was very friendly and helpful because our flight was delayed and we arrived late. The morning desk lady was not friendly at all and when I advised her about the condition of the room - did not send a note to maintenance (or if she did, we never heard from anyone from the hotel). Because it was so late, we were too exhausted to ask for another room - Our complaint was that the bathroom was in poor condition especially the bathtub. The finish on the tub was badly worn and there was black mold on the worn areas. The drain plug was laying outside of the drain and covered in black mold along with the inside of the drain. The mold was very obvious and I was surprised that no one has addressed the issue. We reported it at the desk. Now, let's talk about the bed! The matress was completely sagging into the middle of the bed. Just another reason why I will not stay at this hotel again. I will say that overall, the room was clean and the air conditioner and TV worked great. We arrived late and left first thing in the morning - (without taking a shower)
