My expectations wasn't very high. I was pleasantly surprised, everything was amazing, even before I checked in. I had some personal issues and messaged them, they were very nice. A very warm welcome and easy check in, they upgrade my room at no cost. The room was very clean, every corner. Nice and comfy bed, I wish I could had enjoyed it a bit more, I had and event so I only slept for 3 hours because I my train has in the morning and I had to check out. I will definitely book it again.

The young lad working at reception was SUPER accommodating & friendly. Similarly, the ladies that served breakfast were lovely so 10/10 for the staff. The room was great and had AC however the walls are quite thin I think so it can be quite noisy. Still slept fine as the noisy guests did quite down after 10pm.

We had a wonderful stay at The Pearl Hotel in Peterborough. The gentleman on the front desk was absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming and very professional from the moment we arrived. Our room was perfect. It was spotlessly clean, well presented and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a very relaxing night’s sleep. The hotel also has plenty of parking available and is conveniently located very close to the town centre, making it easy to get around. We would highly recommend staying at The Pearl and will definitely be using this hotel again when we visit Peterborough. Thank you to the team for such a wonderful experience and stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Pearl Hotel. The Executive King Room was super spacious, beautifully presented, and spotlessly clean. The staff were professional, friendly, and made the whole experience feel effortless from start to finish. I also had one of the best night’s sleeps – the bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was very quiet. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Very comfortable hotel room, at a very reasonable price. The man on reception when we arrived was lovely, very helpful and provided us with all needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious and we loved being spoilt with breakfast in bed. The lady on reception in the morning was lovely. Thank you for a fabulous stay 😊
