Please stay away from this property. Horrible staff. He refused to pick us from taxi stand. Whole property was empty. At night the care taker left the property and AC staff working. We called the main number and no body picked up the phone. Tried to find someone and there was no one else. Front door was locked and we could not go out also. Bathroom was smelling and fixture were all loose. We left the property first thing in the morning and booked another hotel. Lost the money but we have to run for safety. Expedia should not offer this property.

Lovely Riad! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. You are offered a tray of mint tea and little snacks when you first arrive and when you come back after a long day in the Medina. Staff also helps you with suitcases to and from the nearest parking area. Great breakfast and they also have a bar.

Property is beautiful. The pool area, even though we didn’t get to use it because of the weather, is pristine. The stairwells and the balconies, everything is clean and decorated beautifully. The service is OFF THE CHARTS! The guys that work there are exceptional and go above and beyond to help with bags, directions, anything. Breakfast is AMAZING!!!! My only complaint would be the handheld shower situation. It has one of those half glass shower doors, so basically the entire bathroom can get flooded with water every time you shower. And there is pretty much a limit of only getting one towel per person. We were ready to go to one of the souks two actually buy towels so we could keep the floor dry.

This riad is a spectacular oasis from the busy medina, like a Faberge egg which opens up once you get in the front door. Hosts are genuine and helpful with absolute grace.

The staff were amazing, welcoming and kind. Breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit salad, pastries, yoghurt, different types of bread freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee. Room nice and a good location. Great shower and very very clean. But the best thing was the kindness of the staff

The riad others were nice and clean. It was in a very good location. Shout out to Mohammad for making us feel at home. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. They make their croissants and pastries in house which tasted amazing.

We had a great stay at Riad Braya. The location is perfect, walkable to all the sights, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast spread was very good.

The riad was very beautiful, the room was spacious. I’d suggest bringing shampoo and conditioner. Staff were amazing very kind and helpful. It’s is very close to the blue gate and museum. Lots of food options.

Riad was very beautiful, quiet, comfortable with the kindest, mist helpful staff in Fes!!! Especially Ali. Have dinner on the rooftop—their cook is outstanding! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience. Tariq was just incredible. He made sure that before leaving the Riyad that all our questions were addressed properly. Tariq was an absolute help during our stay. Thanks again and we will be back.

The staff is great.

Excellent service especially with Mohammed. He personally took us to the nearby restaurant area and gave us warning to avoid falling victims to scammers. He came to pick us up from the restaurant after dinner. He always welcomed us with a big smile and quickly responded to our requests. The Riad is beautiful with luxurious towels, slippers and bathrobes.

Very nice & cooperative staff, the only problem is shower place was very very tiny, u have to bend & take shower in regular 2 twin bed bedroom.

From our arrival to departure, the staff at Riad Braya provided outstanding service. We were able to check in early and welcomed with rose scented hand towels, mint tea and an assortment of delicious biscuits. Our room was large and very comfortable with lots of drawers and hanging space. Breakfast was filling with a range of options and good coffee. The rooftop terrace provided a panoramic view of Fes as well as comfortable loungers. Some reviews have complained about the smell from the bathroom- yes there are smells but the modern doors between the bedroom and bathroom prevent it spreading plus it is not strong or constant and as the manager has commented, is to be expected in an ancient building. We particularly appreciated having one staff member help with our luggage and taxi when we were leaving. A huge thank you to Tariq who helped us with a tour operator, Ayoub and Mohammed for your outstanding hospitality.

Riad Braya was set in the Medina, so be prepared to walk to the property as cars are not allowed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property itself was nice enough, but there was one area where I thought there was room for improvement. As is common with riads, there were not windows to bring in outside light. It would have been nice if the room had softer lights as opposed to the somewhat florescent feeling bulbs. Also, the nightstand lights were very dim, making it impossible to lie in bed and read. Fortunately our room had it's own private big stretch of balcony, so we could sit there, which was lovely.
