We absolutely loved this property. The views, rooms, staff and especially the manager Matt were outstanding! Definitely will be back and highly recommend.

The place is very nice, with good views, and close to the village and lake. My complaint is with relation between the price and the quality of the room, because we were asigned to the 3rd floor with no lifts, and the roof of the room in some areas was low, and I bumped my head twice. And that room was one of the more expensive options.

Good hotel, in a great location. However finishing touches around the hotel were not complete and it felt they were missing small details which would make it a better stay and worth the money. Currently, not the best value for money

The stay was very relaxing. Could not fault how clean the hotel was. Parking was excellent no trouble at all to park. Staff maybe could have been a bit more helpful - it was only YES NO answers. Good choice of breakfast.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are so welcoming friendly and polite. It is extremely clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Food is excellent. We will definitely be back.

What a beautiful hotel...Everything was just perfect 😍

Whilst we enjoyed our time in the lakes and hotel, our room (wordsworth) lack in air conditioning but apart from that, it was very comfortable with excellent views. The cooked breakfast were decent enough, we had a burger one night and I'm afraid to say we've had a lot better. Apart from those little gripes, would I recommend quite possibly yes!.

Rm 16 was amazing. Breakfast staff were run off their feet and flustered due to only 3 staff of duty. The South African lady at the reception desk was was so friendly& helpful, she'd make a good manager!

Well situated property with easy access to the lakes and local attractions. Easy to get to from the M6z beautiful views of the lakes from the lounge and the restaurant. Good choice of breakfast. Plenty of onsite parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Decent room well kept and clean. Shower and toilet facilities were good. There is a pool also but I didn’t get the opportunity to use it. Highlight of this property is the lounge with large windows giving a full view of the Lake District and the lakes while you sit and relax sipping on a cup of tea and taking in the breathtaking view of Lake Windermere and the greenery around.

From the minute we pulled up to the hotel we knew we’d picked the right one out of the abundance in Windermere and the best bit, it was cheeper. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and make your stay easier, even after checkout. The hotel was modern and subtle and perfectly presented and the views, while relaxing in one of the several lounge areas inside and out, were outstanding. The breakfast !! Unreal. We will be staying again and I recommend you do too.

The room was clean and comfortable and dog friendly but was still a nice room . Our dog had Strega pack on arrival which was really nice and it was easy having her with us to eat which was great

This hotel is an excellent choice for brilliant, attentive staff, cleanliness, great food and plenty of room for parking and is well recommended

The hotel was above my expectations. We felt welcome, looked after and everything was just tip top. We had an Occasion room with lake view. The room was spacious and felt newly refurbished. The bed was comfortable, big and linen luxurious. Smart TV was a bonus. Breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We used sauna and pool. Excellent stay!

This was a last min booking i will never regret.

Clean and beautiful room. The view from the window was not good but I choose a cheaper room so that not big problem. The view was beautiful from the restaurant. Staff were kind.
