As we rushed inside so my 8 year old could use the restroom she was greeted by a medium sized cockroach running at her. I let the front desk know within the first 30 minutes of arrival that there were no face washers and no chux for washing up dishes. There was a cut in half very well used (dirty) green scrubby there, but I wanted something clean for my own use. The receptionist said he would fix it up right away, but we were there for two nights and I never saw him again. The second day of our stay, when we returned from shopping we saw a small spider, it was light brown and had white on it...it was running from the entry to the bathroom, I sent it to the rainbow bridge to hang out with the roach from the day before....I did note there was a can of bug spray in the wardrobe, so maybe it's just a heavily infested area due to being close to the water? Also worth noting is the TV wasnt a smart tv, so we couldn't access our Netflix account or cast our Netflix onto the TV from our devices.

Rooms were ok smelly a bit stale service was ok but place was dated

The reception was open 2hours a day, the pool was out of action, had been for almost a week, they could have added chlorine manually,to keep it usable till the pump came back, ive seen it done, the room was comfortable.

There was mould in the bathroom around the sink and the parking lot was a mess. Walls are very thin. The staff was nice but the place was very overpriced for the quality of the run-down property.

Easy check-in as I arrived late, reception staff went out of his way to ensure I had a nice hot meal after driving for hours. Room comfortable and clean plus parking is easy.

Room good except for miniature tea and coffee making facility, micro vanity basin. Furniture placement not good. Reception was a joke. Not attended and focus on on selling their restaurant and bar and insisting on taking credit card details as security. Tariff was already paid

Independent aircon, good bedding semi renovated but woodwork is a little tired. Would I stay again...Yes!. Its quiet, clean and a good bed.

Booked an executive room, king bed. The bed was not king size The room was far from executive. Mould on roof in bathroom, no water pressure in shower. Reception is hidden at the back of restaurant and the door is locked. Was not what it looked like in photos on website and not what I was expecting.

Was close to a house with a loud barking dog.

Pool was filthy Staff were phantoms. Room was clean enough I guess, but dated.

Stayed here cple of times while travelling the east coast. Good option in Rockhampton. Only option really.

the property was a good location easy to get to and a good variation of dining options. The property was well priced, clean etc.
