The rooms are tired BUT I’d stay here in a heartbeat as clean and that pool is just the best. I could have just stayed there all day.

I guess you get what you pay for, however if you can’t supply hot water supply in the shower or sink , provide boiling water for coffee and tea at breakfast buffet or hot beans what hope is there. Two nice members of staff, one terrible and the rest average.
Only place left in town over Xmas, I guess I know why now. Oh photos are of the only four rooms renovated, the rest are below average.

The staff were fantastic . The location was good . Easy 10 minute walk to Main Street and tourist spots.
Dinners were standard offerings but really well executed.
Comfortable bed . Decent bathroom. Wasn’t the fanciest , but wasn’t trying to be . Comfortable.
Great pool .
I would definitely stay again .

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The garden with the pool was beautiful. Another great advantage was how close the hotel was to all the attractions in Airlie Beach. I had everything within easy reach. I truly hope to return one day! Highly recommended!

Really lovely staff at check in and the restaurant. Large clean rooms, comfy bed and good parking. Only a short walk to the Main Street and ferry terminal for Cruise Whitsundays. Nice lagoon pool to cool off in after a long drive!

We were lucky to get a room last minute, but found for the price, it was very basic and reasonably unclean. The shower screans were filthy and the floors pretty dirty. It was quite noisy on the balcony. Given it was the only option we had at short notice, I was glad to get a room, but wouldn’t plan to stay there.

All staff was friendly and helpful. I had my own deck which I could walk out to the pool. Not too close to the centre where it’s busy but you could walk.
The only bad thing I could say is that whoever is above you you could hear every time they move the chair.
