Very good location, nice spacious room

Very good service, near the mall, near Bangla Road.

Every ting bad and room is old and not clean.

Check in late at 4 pm and check out the call from 11 am to leave because new heat.

The room is not clean. Have so many insect at the toilet.

The location of the hotel is very near the nightlife in patong. Maybe not suitable if it's a family vacation (bringing children) Pillows are not comfortable.

Strategic location located at the most happening street in Phuket and Jungceylon is just next to the hotel. Staffs were friendly and the breakfast served was delicious. Definitely will book for this accommodation again! It was so lovely to receive a birthday cake from the management. Thank you

Very good, very nice staff We allow the delivery person via postal service to receive the hotel. Ordered from Kerry, she was very welcome. Will come again. Everything convenient. The pipe is very smelly, but the bathroom door is closed, it doesn't smell ❤️

Hotel staff is nice and friendly. Hotel location is extremely well situated in the middle of big name malls such as jungceylon and Central mall. 7 mins walk to the infamous bangla street. Overall phuket is a safe and enjoyable place.

All good The receptionist is ok. The sister who brought to the service room is good. Except the parking lot is a bit dark. The sink leaks when washing your face, feet are wet too, and the pool is closed a little too quickly.

The stay was nice, very near to the happening Bangla street at night. But the buffet breakfast was not that good.
