The rooms are spacious according to the picture, clean & the view from the room is good. Only here, many customers will not know that there is a problem with having to go to the Alpen Hotel to get the key & pay the local tax. The bad experience was that when I wanted to get the key it turned out that the machine in front of the Patricia Hotel was broken & I had to pick it up myself without any service from the Hotel where it was snowing & ice everywhere as a result I fell injured. The destination front at Hotel Alpen is unfriendly & not very helpful. So I got angry there.

The room is absolutely beautiful with a view straight to the Matterhorn. New furniture, fully equipped, very spacious and comfortable room, with sofa, bathtub. Better than I expected, however the mandatory check-in time is 4pm without exception 🥹. The room also has a kitchen, full of cooking utensils, spices, very convenient. The location is not too far from the center, about 10 minutes walk.
