The room was clean and bed comfortable. The only con was the water pressure. The sink had super pressure spitting out at you while the shower had no pressure. Being as I only stayed 1 night it wasn’t a problem. Staff was very nice, the hotel was quiet, the restaurant rumours had a nice vibe but very little veg options. Hot tub and dry sauna were nice. Not scalding but hot enough in winter weather.

Our overall experience was fabulous. Clean, friendly, accessible, beautiful amenities. We did have a situation with guests using flash photography and recording in the hot tubs and were wildly disappointed in how the staff member on at the time addressed it (he really didn't do anything besides quietly and timidly ask them to stop) but maybe he was new, nervous, not good at confrontation so I won't hold it against him. We will definitely visit again!

Great hot tub and sauna

Don’t let the pictures fool you, this is an old motel that has been renovated to try to give a more hotel feel however it just doesn’t get there. No proper elevator, rooms are very small and dark, decor and furniture are aged and or worn. Customer base is younger and loud. Partying until late and loud in the hallways. Pools are old hot tubs and smaller than what the pictures look and were very dirty. Restaurant is only open at 5. This is a cheap motel and if that is your thing, then it is this place for you. If you want a true hotel, go somewhere else.

It was a very nice stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was big, the staff was great, and the restaurant was excellent. We would stay here again.

Hot tub was excellent. Rooms are small but super clean. Resto was closed however. Given a voucher for the Tutti Frutti down the road, for 1 free beverage.

Good price value

I was little worried about this spot because it had some bad reviews from a year ago, but nothing new so I took a chance. Am I ever glad I did! It was clean, well appointed, very affordable, and the outdoor hot tub space added some extra luxury that was really nice. I also had a phenomenal burger at the restaurant. Really, a great stay as we were passing through.

Great hotel

Loved the amenities (spa, sauna, game room) and staff but the room needs much help. We had a 2 double beds on the first floor. The materesses didn't even fit the frame of the beds as they were smaller and left a gap and the matresses we're completely caved in and lumpy. We weren't a fan of the layout of the room as the bathroom sink is at the entrance of the room instead of in the bathroom (it was winter so our boots made a puddle where we're supposed to clean up). The closet rails were so rusted that the doors didn't open all the way and it blocked the access to the fridge. We would be willing to come back for the spa access if we asked for a better room.

On the last day of my stay, I found ants in the bathroom.

I thought this was more upscale than it was. Everything was fine...just older. Also the layout and soundproofing is more like a motel. But staff super nice...

It’s a motel in a place with a nice hot tub.

Staff was very friendly, the price was great, hotel was very clean and beds were super comfy, hottub area was fantastic, restaurant was delicious! We stayed as a couple for a staycation night away. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because some minor areas could use some improvement (some furniture, doors, towels were showing their age and could use some replacements). I will definitely stay here again!
