What a bargain and a pleasure to come back, to a totally renewed Genova Plaza. Very pleasant, although, short stay, I love this hotel and highly recommend it.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The mattress, pillows, and bedding were very comfortable. Their air-conditioning was quiet and worked well. We did not have an opportunity to try the restaurant or room service. Overall, our stay was excellent. We will definitely come back.

The one night stay was wonderful! Highly recommended. Clean and safe and so helpful even when I made the reservation for the wrong day. The location is close to the market and the mega jewelry center. We were able to take a bus the next day back to Aguascalientes.

The mattress was very hard and my back hurt quite a bit the next day. I told the staff that the mattress was very hard, and unfortunately, they didn't change my room.
