During low season, they are renovating some parts of the hotel, but we also got a good price for the room. The garden view pool access is beautiful and peaceful. The room was recently updated (USB chargers!) and it’s nice that the shower has a door straight to the balcony/pool. It’s right on the beach and there are other restaurants along the beach. There is also a Tops market and pharmacy right across the hotel, which is convenient. The kids love the little paddle boats in the pool!

The air conditioner was not working properly upon check-in. I informed the staff, and they managed to solve the issue after a few hours. The location at Bang Tao Beach is quite good, around 30 minutes from the airport, compared to other beaches located further from the airport. The resort has several pools; the rooms with pool access have a different pool from the general one. They provide halal food for breakfast, which is labeled accordingly.

Good service staff Breakfast is varied and tastes good. The room is very wide. But on the day of rain, the floor in the room is very moist and sticky If improving in this section will be much better.

The room is very spacious and clean. Friendly receptionist Talk, give good advice. Breakfast is delicious. But only in the bathroom, there is no payment or foxy
