Stayed at the TownePlace Suites during a recent trip and had an excellent experience. The front desk service from Jay was outstanding, and the entire staff was friendly and quick to respond to any requests throughout my stay. The rooms are modern and well updated, with large flatscreen TVs and all the amenities you need for an extended stay. The kitchenette setup was especially convenient and made the stay feel comfortable and practical. Overall, a very clean, comfortable, and well-run hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I expected a much nicer hotel with a Marriott name. The room was dirty; sheets were stained, walls were greasy, pink mildew on the shower curtian, pots had residue floating when I filled it with water. Very gross. Breakfast was a nightmare, I stuck to coffee. On the plus side, Jay was great at the front desk and the laundry room was clean and the machines worked.

Stayed for work, Lukas provided exceptional customer service. It was nice to see a smiling face every morning. Thanks for making my stay great Lukas!

Located within a short drive to the airport , friendly accommodating staff. Clean, big rooms with a small kitchenette. The gym is ok, lacking some equipment. Morning breakfast has lots of selection including oatmeal with 4 different toppings. Pretty good coffee to boot. A good hotel to consider when staying in Thunder Bay
