Excellent staff

Very quiet hotel, the furniture and rooms are a little dated but over all it was a perfect place to stay if you want quiet, clean and big enough for a small family

Room was spacious, clean and well located for our needs.

Was a good one night stay :) lots of room for 4 people.

I appreciated the offer to access to the partner hotel’s amenities, though we hadn’t planned to use them. There was a strong “febreze” odor throughout the first floor, giving the impression that something was being covered up? And the plumbing is really loud.

Ants in the room I was put in (noticed one crawl in me day one, but thought nothing of it until day 2-3 when there were more) did get moved rooms thankfully, but seems every room the windows are never fully shut and the screens broken. Likely why there are ants. When I got moved rooms, for remainder of stay, no one came in to tidy up daily, when I had daily service in previous ant room.

Nice big rooms with a full kitchen and laundry.

Pool was in another building outside of the hotel.

Staff was amazing very clean, kids were abit scared to get out of the truck outside with some of the druggies hanging around the doors, thank god for underground parking. hotel was having issues with alot of their guests

Building and rooms are a bit beat up and older. Hot water is set to a certain temperature and is more luke warm than hot.

Room was excellent and parking was excellent. But no access to pool or a breakfast were disappointing for our kids.

I have stayed at this hotel before and was told we could use the pool at the Delta. When checking in on this trip, we saw a group of girls leaving the lobby to go outside in the swim suits. I asked if there is a pool we can use. The clerk looked shifty eyed and said no. We later saw those girls outside and asked if they were allowed to use the Delta pool and they said yes. So it seems only some guests are allowed to go next door to use their pool. 2 ladies with 4 kids were not allowed to go though and were lied to. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke constantly, the lobby had an overall weird smell and the sink in the ensuite would not drain. Overall the room itself was good and clean and the kids had a good stay, but the service was poor considering we watched other people go use the pool at the same moment I asked if there was a pool we could use. There was also very little parking available.

the room was exactly what i was expecting, and was clean and quiet.

We checked in at 12pm, which I told them we would have a late check in. Guy at front was not polite, room was as nice but there was a banging in the roof ALL night. I called the front desk and no one answered then I told the lady the next morning at check out that we didn’t get any sleep at all and she didn’t care at all

The room was absolutely amazing. Lots of room for the kids to relax and hang out with their friends while we were down for our hockey tournament. The only thing I would change is, I didn’t know there wasn’t breakfast and I was not told by any of the staff or the front desk that we could go over to the Delta for a buffet. I found out the morning we were leaving and it was already too late.
