The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived at the hotel at 2 AM and asked for early check-in, but since the room I booked was still occupied, the staff kindly let us sleep on the sofa in the lobby. That was excellent, a perfect 10 out of 10.

I was traveling but stayed here for one night before going to Quang Ninh the next morning. The hotel had a careful check-in process. The rooms were spacious and clean. Since I was traveling with family, we took a room with two large beds. The best part was that it was right in the city center, near Ho Guom Lake, making it convenient for getting around and sightseeing.

This boutique hotel was very nice and located close to local shops and restaurants. Loved that they cleaned the rooms daily and no litter or foul smell in our surroundings. Alex was very helpful, too.

This is my second stay at Mai Charming Hotel and Spa. The rooms and ambiance are quite comfortable. They provide a list of cafes for each guest.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, close to shopping centers, busy areas, and the night market. It’s also only about 10 minutes away from the famous Train Cafe, which was very convenient. A special thank you to Mai at the reception. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful, and made my stay even more enjoyable. The spa downstairs is also worth mentioning. It was very comfortable and relaxing. I had a hair spa treatment and felt so fresh and refreshed afterward! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back when I visit Hanoi again. Highly recommended! 🇻🇳

I haven't checked in yet, so I don't know. Initially, I planned to book a room for myself. But my family came up, so I booked a different place that was more spacious and convenient.

The air conditioning was a bit weak during my stay, but otherwise everything was great ❤️

The hotel is near the city center, making it easy to stroll through the old town.

Terrible experience. The room was filled with squeaking rats, making it impossible to sleep during the day. When renting motorbikes, they said the hotel doesn't provide parking at night and there's no parking space, forcing guests to park elsewhere a few hundred meters away, but they didn't mention this from the start. I've traveled to many places, but I've never encountered a hotel with no parking like this.

Spending 2 days in this hotel, the room is spacious and the view on the upper level is better than the lower level. Best view from the swimming pool. Close to Moana Cafe (walking distance). Unfortunately, we found 3 baby cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is big and has a bathtub, but there is no curtain or divider, making the floor super wet after a shower. Need to improve on that.

The receptionist, Ly, was very enthusiastic, and the hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing as it's close to many popular attractions.

Although the ground floor room is relatively spacious, it has no MobiFone network signal, and Vinaphone only has 3G signal, with very weak Wi-Fi. The hotel should arrange for additional signal broadcasting equipment.

The water supply has been cut off since last night, and even now, past 9 AM, it's still down. I can't shower, use the restroom, or do anything else. This means I haven't been able to go out since early this morning. Last night, the receptionist said that due to the recent peak season, the Old Quarter area had been experiencing water cuts. I don't know if that's true, but even if it is, this hotel has been extremely negligent, failing to give any warning to guests. Guests have had to constantly call to inquire about the situation, and they didn't proactively inform us of the situation. It's nothing short of fraud, irresponsible, and unprofessional! This is the first time I've encountered a hotel like this in Hanoi.

The hotel is near the old town, with easy access to nearby attractions, and the staff are friendly and cheerful.
