It wasn't the worst, the morning staff was incredibly accommodating, yet the rooms were dirty, the carpet was unable to be stepped on and the shower so stained it was scary, plus the night staff that checked us in was incredibly rude, I wouldn't say here again but for a budget it could be worse...so like stay but don't expect anything

This place was so disgusting. C"m or food on the blanket. Holes in the sheets. Used toilet paper roll on the counter. Freezing cold room. Very poorly fixed 4ft hole inthe ceiling. I have never stayed in a worse place ever!!!

This was the worst room I've ever stayed in and the amount of money I paid for it was ridiculous. When I walked in the room door had dents all over in it and was loose the carpets were stained the bedding was stained the jacuzzi was dirty on bottom the shower didn't work right it was so bad I had to check for cockroaches and bed bugs while I was checking the bed for bed bugs the mattress had holes all over on it and cuts along the bottom they had a ice bucket I asked the front desk where did I get ice and he sent me to the motel next door don't ever stay there this is the worst place to stay

Arrived to very cold room. No heat. And not the room we booked online. Second night denied toilet paper. booked

Very disappointed with this hotel. The reception area had a very unpleasant smell and did not feel professional. Our first room was not cleaned at all — the bed was unmade and food items from the previous guest were still on the table. We had to ask for another room. Even the renovated section looked unfinished and unattractive from the outside. Overall, the hotel was dirty and had a bad odor. I would not recommend staying here.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Some bugs present on the walls, pretty sure the bed has some too. Also kitchen is an extra fee if youd like to use. It is stated on Expedia posting that it is included in aminities. No Ice within the Motel itself you have to go next door Canada Inn to get some. Night staff are not so friendly except for the girl that check us in. Deposit was 200 and I only got 150 something back.. sadly would not recommend this Motel

My room had bed bugs, and I slept with them for one night. I work in healthcare so bedbugs is a huge deal for me. The staff changed my room next day but I was really disappointed with Expedia. I have been using it for a while and when I asked for the help from agent online. Instead of helping me out he asked me to contact with front desk and gave 30 points credit. And what’s with the motel why do the have speaker every morning and night someone is calling someone from there which ruined my sleep. I wanted a new room with new hotel I would have paid extra but the agent try shove my problem off his shoulder. Never ever I feel I was helped during my. The second night I was awake all night and slept on the desk instead of the bed coz of bed bugs scare. Just because it was holiday I let it go. But the MOTEL is a no no and I have pictures as well.

Safe to spend a night

We requested for non smoking room but room they gave us, it had bad smoking smell there. Staff were very rude. There was no water dispenser at the office or outside. Room door was very squeaky and exhaust fan was very loud in the bathroom. I will never be going back there in future. Room was too cold even with heat on. Zero star.

1. A deposit equal to a 2 night stay - $200 freaking surprise! 2. Phone did not work. 3.Staff screwed up the electronic door lock after entering room without notice or permission. 4. Internet was inaccessible for 1/2 the stay. 5. Shower plunger not obvious, and there werr no instructions. 6. Lobby had no coffee.

Staff was great, room was large and reasonable condition considering the age of motel. Price is within reason. Matteress was due for a change otherwise is would have got another star.

The bathtub had rust. The sheets were so old they had a wierd smell and the sheets had small holes. Walking on the carpet dirtied our socks. The picture on the TV had a lot of snow. The kitchen sink was leaking and had issues. I asked the manager to change the room but he said that they were all the same.
