My room had several serious problems during my stay: a broken shower, a broken toilet seat, a broken soap dispenser, and ants throughout the room. These aren’t minor issues — the shower and the pest problem affected basic use of the rooms.

Hello , We had come to a honeymoon at your hotel. 5 day. Room 438 Mr.Peretz I had inform in advance about our honeymoon and my food preference is VEGAN. From the reception in our check in I made sure that they now about my Vegan preference and they said it all set up. They sent me to the crew to speak with them and I did. I must say , all the crew all of them are extraordinary. They really tried their best to help me. But in the end I ate just lettuce , tomato and cucumber for the whole vacation! It’s was horrible. Must mention they had me eat cheese after the chef told them it was vegan. I had a terrible experience about it. We will jump forward to our last day. I have requested Mr. Opstolos to speak with the hotel manager. He arranged a meeting with Mr.allisi. After telling the hotel manager all the story , he was super rude. Literally wasting my time 25min for nothing. He heard what I had to say and in generally just told me “ he ain’t going to do nothing about it , or will compensation us in any way. I told him we paid around 1500€ for this vacation and had nothing to eat. I’m feeling Very unhappy about all Mr. Alliasi behaviour, and the most about not taking responsibility about your gust experience and wellbeing. I truly would not recommend anyone who is vegan to go to this hotel no matter what. And to feel I was the first ever seen vegan in this hotel was much worse experience. Pros: -Mini Kids Camp Staff was amazing! 3x a day they take your kids and ours had a blast. Best part of the resort were those staff members! Big shout-out! -Lots of beach chairs/ pool chairs, pools for kids and adults. Waterslide was fun! -Food available all day, pretty decent but not world class. -Complimentary drinks in room/ storage in room. -Nearby car rental & great prices -Convenient store on premise -Price Cons: -Watered down drinks -Other guests (without kids) were less friendly towards children (outside the control of the hotel) -It takes multiple elevators to access many rooms Conclusion: -We will absolutely stay here again, for families with children, it's hard to imagine a better spot in Rhodes.

Great place

Very nice hotel, our room had a wonderful sea view. The air con could have been more powerful, but otherwise everything was very good.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel and entertainment was absolutely brilliant, the all inclusive food was really good at lunch and dinner times. The drinks were lovely. Only a few issues for example we first recieved a 'family room with partial sea view' when we booked a sea view room and wasnt informed of this when checking in, it took two days for the room to become avaliable, why i dont know because we had booked it so they clearly over booked! Eventually we got the room we had booked! The second issue we had was laundry, we sent a hoodie off for cleaning in the bag with the paper inside, we had to stop house keeping from throwing it with the rubbish, the next day recieved a note to see reception, they told us we hadnt given the paper with the laundry, which we did, the next day after that, the laundry came back with the same piece of paper we sent with it stapled to it, so we had sent it!!! And with the same stains on the jumper it was sent with so it had not even been washed! Apart from these issues we had a lovely stay and these issues would not stop us returning in the future!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. As I travelled on my own, it was more suited for families with young children.

Such an amazing stay for our family!!! The staff members always served with a big smile, and the food was absolutely amazing!! We had such a great time at the resort!!!

We had a fantastic modern room overlooking the sea. Extremely comfortable and spacious. The selection of food was excellent. The animation team and activities ie the water slides and pool based activities, were also a highlight. Staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for example, on our last day we were told that our all inclusive package continued until we left for the airport and a shower room was bookable (free of charge) for us to change and get ready for our flight. It was a bit annoying that guests were able to reserve sunbeds around the pool from very early in the morning, the policy of lifeguards removing towels if noticed was not enforced. Overall as a family of 4, we all loved our stay and would recommend to friends and family.

The rooms smelled bad.

Pools, entertainment and staff were excellent. Watersides and carousel were great. Drinks undrinkable and food was VERY repetitive but available constantly. Never had to worry about our children going hungry or being board.

It’s an amazing place to go with children

The hotel is not a very new one but the staff everywhere makes it a great one. Young employees with high discipline, rapid answers / solutions to your needs results in an extrenely well service

Nice hotel good food Downside even though we booked a double bed we got 2 singles which isn’t ideal Pushing them together doesn’t make it a double bed We have found thus in lots of the hotels in Rhodes which needs to be addressed as it’s very annoying
