My favorite hotel in BCN!

Everything was excellent, from the staff at registration to the housekeeping to wait staff at the restaurant. They all went the extra mile and did the little things that add up. For example, I was there over a week and when I was sick in bed with a cold one day, the housekeeper noticed and brought me an extra box of tissues so I wouldn't need to get out of bed.

Loved my stay at Hotel Vincci Gala. The room was immaculate and very comfortable, with plenty of amenities. The staff were helpful throughout and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay again.

Best hotel I have stayed in Barcelona. From the staff to the design to the massive attention to details in the room. 10/10 it’s my new home in BCN.

The front desk staff was very accomodating

I was placed on the first floor and had to endure nonstop noise from the lobby, the underground subway, and even the snoring from the room next door. The walls are that thin. I had to sleep with earplugs all three nights just to get any rest.

I needed a room for 1 night as I checked out of my Airbnb. The hotel was beautiful at check in. I was there for no more than 30 mins and the power went out. The hall had lights but my room did not. I called the fro t desk as I needed to charge my phone as I had to fly the next am. The light flickered till 4:30 am keeping me awake. I talked to the front desk the next morning and they said the manager would contact me. It has been 2 days now and no contact.

Internet was good Room not cold even though AC set at 18 it didnt get cold just cool

We arrived late. Of what we experienced it was pleasant. Will stay at another Vincci in the future

The rooftop pool and bar were lovely. The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to everything. Would stay here again.

This is the first hotel that without any prompting left me champagne, cake and personalized card to wish me a happy birthday!

Great hotel, clean, good service and well located.

Great location but we found the general area of the hotel to be dirty with trash, homelessness and graffiti. When we arrived to our room the first day, a maid walked by us and ignored the fact that we were struggling with getting the door open. Turns out it was our error (doors pushed in instead of pulled out) but she could have easily solved our issue by showing us. Instead, she walked right by with her head down. Hotel was accommodating and roomy, but we didn’t get coffee and cream placed in our room for the second day of our stay, and my sheets had makeup on them.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Location is close to metro. Easy to take subway or bus. Walking distance to everything.
