Rooms were clean

We generally use this hotel for transiting to the Nilgiris. We find it to be very suitable for us. The rooms are cheerful with very nice views of yhe surrounding hills. Everything in good working condition too. Hotel housekstaff are very good & so are the lovely, ever smiling, ready to please Tangerine restaurant staff. Praneesha & Nandhana too at the restaurant are superb. Overall a great & happy experience in this cozy hotel.

By & large the staff were excellent & very courteous as well as helpful. This a lovely property that we use as a transit stop to & fro Ooty, annually. Excellent breakfast too. No time to try out all the amenities.

If you are given a room everything should be working . The fridge was not working because the main switch was not on.

My favorite stay in Salem. Great hospitality and food. Just remember to pull the card fully out of the door before opening or you will have a problem.

I did not use the spa or any facilities. Staff can do better for a branded hotel.

The staff at check in was remarkable

There’s nothing for Adults to play, no indoor games, no table tennis, no carrom, chess, no badminton, absolutely no games. Small area for very small kids only. Boring for adults. Pool is small and 5 ft depth only.

Great hosting from Lakshmi; and the property is maintained to high standard. Very likely to stay here next time visiting the area.
