Great place!

Everyone was terrific - spotless room, delicious food, helpful and friendly staff, especially Damian. I liked the pickleball courts too.

Very nice staff

Staff was amazing! View was great and location is safe. The grounds were pretty. Pool was semi warm for December. Restaurant was overpriced. Room was spacious but sadly ours had a bad nail polish stain that looked like blood. We only stayed one night.

I’m giving this hotel a 3 because I didn’t do my research beforehand. I let my mom suggest it ….. so I am to blame for not looking into that prior! The hotel was clean, the grounds were well kept, the staff was kind. The negatives - the hotel is dated, their is no mini fridge, no safety deposit box, when it rained - it leaked via the sunlight in the bathroom, and the lack of water pressure in the shower (I couldn’t even wash my hair).

La habitación estaba sucia, nos dieron una habitación con 2 camas una de ellas no contaba con almohadas. Así mismo, habían toallas sucias dentro de la habitación, los jabones de la regadera estaban usados y tenían pelos. Nos cambiamos de hotel y quedaron en hacernos un rembolso que no han hecho a la fecha

This was a very nice hotel room. It has a nice restaurant and a bar. Although it would have been very nice if we would had a coffee maker a refrigerator and maybe an ice machine available. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Muy familiar, limpios, se esmeran en recepción, el único detalle es... el restaurante, los meseros deficientes, no atienden, ni siquiera haay servilletas en la mesas. muy buena la comida y las personas que atienden el bufette son muy amables. capaciten a los meseros

Loved the hotel but the beds were too firm / stiff / hard

The swimming pools were very nice. The grounds overlooking the lake were very pretty.

Fit perfect the needs for the type of hotels i need for my business.

The views from both the front lobby and the back of the hotel were super. We ate a lot of meals in the restaurant, and the food was very good, but there was often a long wait. and some of the food was not hot.
